Delivery Times
At Belle Jewellery your product will be shipped within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.
Delivery times vary based on the destination, but most orders within Ireland are delivered within 2–3 working days from the delivery date.
For orders outside the Island of Ireland, please allow additional time for delivery.

Ireland
Express Signed Delivery: Free on orders over €50.
Orders under €50: €5.99.
EU & Rest of the World
We use Track & Trace for all international orders.
Shipping for orders with a combined value of €75 or less: €10.99.
Free Shipping on orders over €75.
Please allow additional delivery time for destinations outside the Island of Ireland.
Customs & Additional Taxes
Please note that customs duties and additional taxes may apply to international orders upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges or Refunds
We offer a 14 day no quibble return policy. Simply contact us within the set period to advise you will return your item. Return your item using Track & Trace within 14 days to receive a full refund (minus delivery costs if applicable).
T&C’s of Exchanges and Refunds
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If seeking an exchange, please return your item as normal and once received, Belle Jewellery will provide a credit for the set value of purchase for the buyer to use at their leisure.
Refunds will be processed with 1-2 working days upon confirmation of returned item. Please allow additional time for banks to process refunds.

We cannot accept returns on Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Cancelations can only be done prior confirmation of shipping. After this date, refunds will be accepted on the above terms.
Faulty Items
All of our jewellery is crafted to the highest standards and we stand over its quality. If a fault develops within 12 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, provided you can show proof of purchase. Please note that faults do not include natural wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow our Jewellery Care Guide.
